Patriots Training Camp

We are very excited for Patriots Training Camp this Wednesday, August 8th, 2012.It is very important to arrive by 9:00 AM to get your shirts and get situated.
- We have a special gift for our boys to wear and t-shirts for all our guests to wear – to show the strength of our community.
- Please be prepared to wear our shirt over your outfit or make a quick change.
- *We are asking for a $30 donation per child with Duchenne, to help cover the cost of their “gift”. You can donate online at jettfoundation.org or bring with you on Wednesday. Thank you in advance!
It is important to be on time (take morning traffic into consideration) so we can be ready to go for this great day. Late arrivals may be denied entrance. Please read the details below and see the attached map.
In an effort to bring awareness to our cause, we will be using photos and stories from this event in our marketing and other media. Please let us know as soon as possible, if you do not want to be included in any potential media.

Parking Information |
Please follow signs to park in general Training Camp parking. Route One from the south enter P8, arriving on Route One north enter P6. Look for Jett Foundation banner in parking lot to get your t-shirts. |

Transportation |
**Please allow time to find parking and unload from your car and walk to the meeting point by 9:00 AM. |

Meeting Point |
After receiving shirts from the Jett Foundation at training camp parking lot, we will walk to the UBid.com entrance gate located in front of the Dana Farber Field House. See attached map for more details. The UBid.com gate is marked with a blue X, in front of the New England Patriots Charitable Foundation banner located on the fence. |

Brief Event Summary and Food |
Each training camp practice, the Kraft family and the New England Patriots Charitable Foundation hosts special guests from the community in a tent to watch the Patriots practice. Our group will sit as special guests in the NEPCF tent and watch the full practice. Waters and beverages will be provided for those in attendance and concessions are available to purchase (feel free to pack your own snacks/lunch). No video cameras, however still photos are permitted. You are also invited to participate in Patriots Fan Zone (9-1), a fun and interactive gaming area as well as enjoy the different activities taking place outside the stadium. Upon entry a waiver will need to be signed for each child to participate. |

Schedule Overview |
9:00 a.m. – Group arrives and parks in general parking near Jett banner 9:15 a.m. – Group meets a Patriots Community Relations staff member 9:20 a.m. – Group walks to NEPCF tent 10:00 a.m. – Patriots practice begins TBD –Practice ends and distribution of goody bags |
